Ingredients

For the Mad Dog meatloaf
½-1 teaspoon Mad Dog 357 Pain on a Chain Ghost
1 pound Ground beef
1 Egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
½ cup Fresh bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Onion soup mix
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

For the Mad Dog sauce
½ teaspoon Mad Dog 357 Pain on a Chain Ghost
¼ cup Brown sugar, not packed
3 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
½ cup Ketchup

Preparation

To make the Mad Dog meatloaf, combine the Mad Dog 357 Pain on a Chain Ghost with the remaining ingredients. Mix well and shape into a loaf (feel free to use a loaf pan as a guide).

TIP: If you're using your hands to mix and shape, don't forget to wear gloves; it'll save you a lot of burning and trouble.

Place the Mad Dog meatloaf in a microwave-safe dish, cover and microwave on high for 12 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the Mad Dog 357 Pain on a Chain Ghost with the remaining ingredients for the Mad Dog sauce. After 12 minutes in the microwave, remove the meatloaf and pour over the Mad Dog sauce. Recover the meatloaf and return it to the microwave and cook for another 3 minutes.

Allow the meatloaf to stand for 5-10 minutes before serving to avoid crumbling when sliced.
