Few things surpass the fire and the flavor of habanero hot sauce. And, that is not surprising, is it? After all the habanero was once regarded as the hottest chili pepper on earth. It still might be if people were not constantly on the lookout for the absolute hottest sensation they could achieve. But what, if anything, puts habanero hot sauce to the test?
